Boat Racing @ The Regatta
Sailing takes place under the auspices of the Port of Fowey Race Organising Committee.
Sailing Classes & Online Entry
We welcome anyone who would like to take part in our harbour races! The Regatta accommodates the following traditional and competitive classes:
- ⛵ Troys
- ⛵ Fowey Rivers
- ⛵ Dinghies
- ⛵ Cruisers
The actual racing course route will be decided on the day subject to weather and wind conditions.

Sunday 30th: Regatta Service in Polruan WI Hall (9:30 AM), followed by traditional Sports Day on the School Field (from 2:30 PM).
Monday 31st: Regatta Royalty Crowning, Under-7s Treasure Hunt, Jones and Barnard street comedy shows, Sailing races, Beach Volleyball, Junior Artists pavement art, Sandcastle competitions, The Great Fore Street Tennis Ball Roll at 4:00 PM, Lostwithiel Town Band playing on the Quay, Grand Carnival, and evening Disco!
Children's Trip to Pennywell Farm
An exciting community children's day trip out to Pennywell Farm with animals, activities, and tractor rides.
